Keep the tattoo out of direct sunlight for at least 2-3 weeks to prevent fading. Before going in the sun, remember to apply a high-SPF sunblock to the tattoo.

Avoid picking scabs:
In this stage, Tattoos can be insanely itchy. Itching your tattoo with your nails can damage your sensitive skin. Give time for the itching to go away, keep creaming, and do not pick these scabs.
As the tattoo heals, it may form a thin layer of scabs. It’s important to avoid picking at these scabs, as this can damage the tattoo and increase the risk of infection.

Continue to apply aftercare cream to the tattoo for at least a month to help it heal perfectly and keeps most of the ink used on your skin. Keeping your tattoo moisturized will defend your tattoo from unwanted bacteria.

Avoid soaking the tattoo so often:

Wait to soak your new tattoo so often in water for at least 2-3 weeks after getting it. Soaking includes swimming, bathing, and soaking in a hot tub. You may still wash the tattoo gently with middle-warm water and mild soap and follow the aftercare routine.
Even using vaseline on the tattooed area for a lifetime will make your tattoo look brighter.
